GRAD NIGHT NEWS

February Update:
February is a busy month for the Forest Park Grad Night Celebration! Tickets will be on sale for $50 during lunches in the Commons on Wedneday and Thursday, February 8th, 9th, 22nd, and 23rd. These are the last 4 days to purchase your tickets in-person before the price goes up March 1st.

T-Shirt Contest Update!:
The Grad Night T-Shirt design contest has been extended with entries due Wednesday, February 15th. Create the winning design and win $50! Please click here for information on the Grad Night T-Shirt Contest.

Volunteers Needed:
Grad Night is currently preparing for three big annual fundraisers and we need your support! Please check the "Volunteers" page for more information.

Tickets Are Currently On Sale:
Tickets are currently $50.00 and will be $75.00 at the door (cash only). Ticket forms are available in the Commons area on the Grad Night Wall or on the "Tickets" page on this site. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE ONLINE! Please go to our "Tickets" page for additional information.

Next Grad Night Meeting :
Wednesday, February 8th @ 7pm in the Forest Park Library. All are welcome!

VOLUNTEERS

Please support Grad Night by volunteering! Volunteer forms are available to fill out online, and for download below!

We have already reserved and are committed to the facility, caricature artists and game rentals for our fun-filled evening! We will keep the kids busy earning “Bruin Bucks” so they can buy great stuff at our Bruin Boutique.

It takes over 400 volunteers to make Grad Night a yearly success; and there are many capacities in which you could assist. Please consider volunteering before, during and after the event, even if for a few hours or all night! Whether it's for the night of the event or if you would like to be part of the planning Committee we welcome all.

We have volunteers already signed up to help with Grad Night which is a great start and we are confident the number will grow as the image of graduation gets closer.

(Project begins with Setup at 6 pm and ends with Transportation around 7 am)

Volunteers needed: Grad Night is currently preparing for three big annual fundraisers and we need your support! We will be operating the Concession Stand for three dance competitions in March and April. We need over 20 volunteers to work 3 hour shifts. Shift times will be 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, and 5pm-8pm. The weekends are March 3rd-4th, March 25th-26th, and April 14th-15th. This is a great opportunity for students to earn community service hours and to help raise funds for the Class of 2012 Grad Night Celebration.
