**The Emergency Plan is important for helping to make our event as safe as possible and
for knowing how to deal with an emergency situation.

The Security Committee’s job is to ensure an alcohol-free, drug-free, and safe Grad Night celebration for our Forest Park seniors on their first night as high school graduates. To accomplish this, we need a significant number of volunteers during the event to help check students in, control access to the building, watch exits and fire alarms, deal with any urgent and emergency situations, and other duties.  We encourage parents of underclassmen to volunteer to help at Grad Night so that the busy families of seniors can focus on this important academic year, their own graduation festivities, and planning for life after high school! When our kids are seniors, another group of underclassman parents will “return” the favor to you.  If you would like to help with security and safety, fill out and submit the volunteer form.   Indicate that you will help with security and the time periods you’re willing to work.  Details on specific security duties, rules, etc. will be provided to Security volunteers at a later date.
